I do actually LOVE to write, I fear fan-fictions because I'm afraid I'll screw up the characters... and I LOVE the Doctor so I really didn't want to ruin him... but there's this contest held by :icondoctorwhoclub: and I just had to try it out... it's been in my head for days so... yeah...

Spoilers for those that have not seen any of Series 4!












We basically had to write a story no more than 800 words that had the Doctor, Donna, and Rose involved in some way... so I came up with this... the Doctor and Donna end up in Van Statten's museum and the Doctor figures this out just as his ninth regeneration and Rose come into the picture. Donna figures out she had seen Rose before and tells the Doctor.

Unedited version... like this more :D It's more than 800 words however

I do like Donna. I'll always prefer Rose, but Donna's really not that bad. And Martha too, I mean I didn't like that she was clinging to the Doctor hoping he'd love her, but I can't blame her... I'd be like that a bit xD

I'm not a Donna fan (I've seen Catherine Tate's "comedy" show and frankly no one can be forgiven for crimes like that) but I really like your story. Its a great idea :D

I'm not the BIGGEST fan of Donna, but I like her more than Martha :D I mean she's not really a romantic interest to the Doctor so I don't mind :P Martha however was... well... obsessive to an extent? I don't know because Donna was at one point when she was trying to find him :) Ah well...

I liked Martha, she had a brain and could actually think with it (plus she lived through a LOT of crap for the Doctor). Rose has been described as a Mary Sue character but in those terms Martha was more believable, since like the fans she did spend the whole series trying not to just give in and hump the Doctor's leg. I find Donna's constant "I don't fancy you" protests annoying because frankly no one is that blind :p

I'm glad Martha went but I really wish they'd replace her with someone/anyone else. If it weren't for the occasional glimpses of Rose I wouldn't have watched this season at all.

Haha well I can see your side of the story :D Makes sense... I mean I don't hate Martha... in fact I ended up liking her a bit :D and yeah... I suppose Donna's being a bit naive... :D I can't wait for Rose... personally I'd love for her to stay

Well thank you. :D I thought the best way to fit the Doctor, Donna, and Rose all in was to bring them to a past episode and link it to when the Doctor and Donna meet up again and Donna sees Rose's face... yep xD
